The following describes the terms on which Nutrition Ignition Inc. offers you access to our website, products and services. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement, do not use or access our website, products and/or services. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement which include those terms and conditions set out below before you may purchase products and services through The Nutrition Ignition Inc. website. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Part 1: Health Disclaimer

Important:  DO NOT conduct the CORE+4 if you

  • Are experiencing or have a history of stomach or duodenal ulcers

  • are on multiple pharmaceutical medications for mental illness

  • are on medications for bleeding or clotting disorders

  • have active colitis

  • have an allergy to any ingredient listed in the recommended products

Important:  DO NOT conduct the 3 DAY CLEANSE if you

  • Are experiencing or have a history of stomach or duodenal ulcers

  • are pregnant or nursing

  • are actively trying to conceive/become pregnant

  • are on multiple pharmaceutical medications for mental illness

  • are on medications for bleeding or clotting disorders

  • have active colitis

  • have liver or kidney disease

  • have a Seizure Disorder

  • are taking insulin for Type 1 Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetic

  • have an allergy to any ingredient listed in the recommended products

Some medical conditions require consistent blood levels of medications and a change in intestinal health or diet can change the blood levels of the medications. It is critically important to consult with your physician or healthcare professional before beginning a nutrition course if you have a medical condition or are taking medications.

In order to make decisions regarding your health, you must educate yourself. The nutritional advice expressed by Nutrition Ignition Inc. is not intended to be a substitute for conventional medical care. If have a medical problem or have health concerns, they should be discussed with your health care provider. Nutrition Ignition Inc. does not claim to "cure" disease, but works to restore nutritional health that can impact health conditions. Improvements in digestive health can affect the absorption of pharmaceutical medications, increasing or decreasing the amounts. You should therefore work closing with your prescribing practitioner when you do one of the Nutrition Ignition Inc. courses to adjust medications as needed.

No information offered by Nutrition Ignition Inc. or product sold on our website should be interpreted as a diagnosis of any disease, nor an attempt to treat or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated statements regarding health by Nutrition Ignition Inc. on this website and products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Our goods and/or services are available only to individuals agree to follow our guidelines and restrictions, and only available to minors with parental supervision. If you are a minor, you may use this website only in conjunction with your parents or guardians. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
